LIVE IN EUROPE 1969 lives up to the Miles Davis Bootleg Series mission of presenting live performances that are previously unreleased, have previously only been bootlegged, or are very rare. This new set is the first collection of Miles's Third Great Quintet, the "Lost" Band of 1968-1970 with Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea, Dave Holland, and Jack DeJohnette at their peak (they were never recorded in the studio). The album captures the short-lived quintet in three separate concert settings, starting with two full-length (one hour-plus) sets at the Antibes Jazz Festival in France, in Stockholm as part of "The Newport Jazz Festival In Europe," and completed with a stunning 46-minute performance at the Berlin Philharmonie, filmed in color. Bob Marley and the Wailers entered the newly refurbished Tuff Gong Studios on May 1, 1980 to rehearse songs for the upcoming Uprising tour which starts June 1, 1980 in München, Germany. A film crew is at the rehearsal to film footage for a JBC documentary on Bob Marley and Tuff Gong. Much of the rehearsal was captured on film, and it has become legendary footage.

Filmed at the Paradiso in Amsterdam in autumn 2005, Live In The Lowlands is the first-ever live DVD from Willy DeVille. The show took place on the tour for his most recent album, Crow Jane Alley, and includes performances that span both his solo career and his years with Mink DeVille. Puentes Amarillos: Aznar Plays the Music of Spinetta is the 7th live album of Argentinean musician Pedro Aznar, recorded on a free concert in Plaza Italia, Buenos Aires, Argentina on April 29, 2012 with over 50,000 people as a tribute to Luis Alberto Spinetta, who passed on February 8, 2012. Aznar covered Spinetta's career in 26 songs, interpreting both, songs from his former bands as well as a soloist, and a joint composition (Alas de la Mañana), and a previously unreleased song (Lenny Blues).
