The Loneless Room: A tale day with the boy

After a whirlwind romance in Mexico, a beautiful heiress marries a man she barely knows with hardly a second thought. Alma, a beautiful girl who didn’t get the chance to hear how chaos the world is since she was born. Her mother then bought a hearing device for Alma hoping she would love the idea of sound. She got it wrong. It wasn’t just that she couldn’t hear, she wasn’t being heard. By a poetry in her room, she asks her shadows about love she has to the universe.

Set in '50s Spain, a young man leaves the army and looks for a job so he and his fiancée can get married. He rents a room from a widow, and shortly begins a torrid affair with her. The fiancée figures it out and decides to win him back by offering herself to him and taking him to meet her family. Ultimately he has to make a decision. Based on a true story.

A formal dinner party starts out normally enough, but after the bourgeois group retire to the host’s music room, they inexplicably find themselves unable to leave.

Conversations in the Room

One camera in one setting, one attic and eight young directors – the result is a unique Dadaistic collage of seven short sketches.
