When Bikini Bottom is scooped from the ocean, scientific squirrel Sandy Cheeks and her pal SpongeBob SquarePants saddle up for Texas to save their town.

Hairy and rowdy creatures called rolleys sail to a land inhabited by more peace-loving elves. When the rolleys arrive to the elf village, they scare the elves away and settle down in the village. One of the elves, Milli, a brave elf girl, returns to the village to make a peace with the rolleys. The rolleys do not warm to Milli's peace proposal, but she becomes friends with a rolley called Rölli. It becomes their mission to solve the conflict between the elves and the rolleys.

In the present day, Lineu feels uncomfortable when colleague Pacheco dies and goes to the doctor for an examination. When the result of his tomography arrives, Lineu steals the document, afraid of having a tumor, but he believes he will die sooner. Meanwhile, Nenê meets Lineu's old rival Carlinhos, who manages the local market, and invites him to dinner.
