The Japanese government then puts in place an unprecedented plan, which is to bring back the greatest leaders from Japan's past through AI holograms and form a super cabinet with them. These famous individuals include Ieyasu Tokugawa, Ryoma Sakamoto, Nobunaga Oda, and Hideyoshi Toyotomi. People are stunned and at the same time go crazy over the endless execution of policies by this new legendary cabinet. Risa Nishimura wants to become an announcer and currently works as a TV reporter for a broadcasting station. She approaches a government spokesperson, Ryoma Sakamoto, for an exclusive scoop. Due to an unexpected case, she realizes that something is going on behind this cabinet.

She is led to a large house where the lines between dreams and memories become indistinguishable, as she struggles with her relationships, her obsession with perfection and her identity. Loosely inspired by the mythology of Leda and The Swan, it looks at the way women cope with trauma, questions the idea of self and takes you on a journey through one woman's psyche.

In the 16th century, poet, playwright and part-time actor Miguel de Cervantes has been arrested, together with his manservant, by the Spanish Inquisition. They're accused of presenting an entertainment offensive to the Inquisition. Inside the huge dungeon into which they have been cast, the other inmates gang up on Cervantes and his manservant, staging a mock trial, with the intention of stealing or burning his possessions. Cervantes wishes to desperately save a manuscript he carries with him and stages, with costumes, makeup, and the participation of the other prisoners, an unusual defense—the story of Don Quixote.

A collection of interwoven images are threaded together by a string of unspecified women who roam their dreamscape which they are unable to escape. They are displaced, belonging to no particular point in time or place, and a disoriented sense of self pervades. Together, the film becomes a quietly throbbing organism of reality and unreality, and the gaps between an impending present and a perpetual past are frail.
