The decade of the hippies is at an end and the 80's are approaching fast. Cocaine has always gotten a bad rap, and for a reason. So it can be surprising at times to the viewer throughout the course of the documentary special, that it was never always like this.

When Officer Elijah Kane and his team of undercover cops discover a new lab drug flooding through the nightclubs of Seattle, they struggle to eliminate it from the streets immediately. As if dealing with a dozen dead ravers isn't enough, the cops begin to act as security guards for an obnoxious documentarian.
