Nirahua, a young man, escapes to Mumbai in search of a perfect bride. However, things take a turn when while he falls for struggling actress Sona, he's forced to marry another woman, Champa.

Bhavna Dayal and Maya Jalan had been fellow collegians and close friends, both come from very wealthy families.
