Because his friends fired a rocket into the US Army camp, Suzuki was wanted by the US Army and the police. While he was running away the sea surface suddenly rose, and when a brilliant light appeared he saw a strange looking battleship flying in the air. He was dumped into the sea and when he crawled onto the battleship there was a beautiful girl standing there. But his encounter with Four, one of the Titans' "cyber-Newtypes," fills his heart with anguish. Meanwhile, Paptimus Scirocco, the man from Jupiter, has added his strength to that of the Titans. And a third power is finally making its move, in the form of the Zeon remnants of Axis... With enhanced animation and a theme song by GACKT, the tragic romance of Kamille and Four unfolds in this second part of the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam feature trilogy.

In 2007, the inhabitants of Danger Planet II fight their battles using remote-controlled robots or "virtual puppets." Kirio Nimura is a high school student and the strongest puppeteer on the planet, until he falls for Sairi Takahara, who insists that nobody may make advances until they have beaten her puppet, Benkei.

The war between Solnoids and Paranoids continues, but the conflict reaches a new height as both races complete their Planet Destroyers. This new technology wipes out several star systems leaving only the ninth star system undamaged. As both races head towards it, a Solnoid ship finds Lufy, an attacker cryogenically preserved inside an assault trooper among space debris. Reawakened, Lufy is invited to join a group of Solnoids who are set to complete the original secret mission of her former crew.

The remaining forces of the Solnoid and the Paranoid races now head toward Sigma Narse, a forgotten star system with a dying red giant for their final confrontation. The crew of five Solnoids who survived the battle at the ninth star system are sent to meet Capt. Nebulart, head of Intelligence, for what appears to be the last hope for both races.

Originally a collection of clips from the Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series, Death was created as a precursor to the re-worked ending of the series. Rebirth was intended as that re-worked ending, but after production overruns Rebirth became only the first half of the first part of The End of Evangelion, with some minor differences.

Photon batteries are an energy source created to save the resource-depleted Earth. Bellri Zenam, Aida Surugan, and their comrades have left the Earth Sphere to head for the source of these energy devices that cannot be manufactured on Earth. Now the Megafauna finally reaches its destination, the Venus Globe in the inner solar system. After battling the G-IT Corps, which plans to return to Earth in a Reconguista operation, Aida has an opportunity to meet with President La Gu of the Hermes Foundation, the organization that controls the production and supply of the photon batteries.

The Megafauna, carrying Bellri and his comrades, leaves the Venus Globe in pursuit of the G-IT Corps. However, the war situation in the Earth Sphere has changed completely in the interim. The Capital Army, the Amerian forces, and the Dorette Fleet, which have been confronting each other outside the atmosphere, are now clashing even more violently around the untouchable sacred ship Kashiba Mikoshi. Amid all this, Bellri wishes to end the tragedy and hatred that war creates...
