This twin V-Cinema movies contains the second and third installments after the initial Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser, they both follow the characters of both Heart and Go Shijima beyond the conclusion of the series. The film depicts the activities of a female financier nicknamed "Silver Shark" Nakajima, who has his own ideas about computer systems, asks Kyoko, a club mama, to contact a mysterious female financier who calls herself "Silver Shark".
