A musical odyssey that takes place in an uncertain time, RAPTOR is a short film from writer/director Marc Dickerson, with songs composed by Owen Byrne. Scandal 10th Anniversary Festival: 2006-2016 is the seventh concert album by the Japanese pop-rock Scandal, which was released on November 3, 2016 Epic Records Japan. The recordings were made on August 21, 2016, at the outdoor festival celebrating the band's tenth anniversary, on Osaka's Sakai-Senboku harbor in front of an audience of 12,000. After the telecommunications act of 1996 however, the station found it self in the hands of different owners. This film tells the story of the station through the people that lived it, the disc jockeys and staff.

High school is almost over and four friends are going their separate ways as they go to college. But they have one more chance to spend some time together: Inspection 12, their favorite band, is playing one last concert in Jacksonville, FL.
