An anthology of eleven vignettes featuring star-studded casts of extremely unique individuals who all share the common activities of conversing while drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes.

On the surface, this collection of shorts by up-and-coming African American filmmakers arrived at a perfect time. The cutting-edge products of the New Black Cinema of the early '90s had disappeared, giving way to embarrassingly stereotypical, scatological fare such as Booty Call and Next Friday. This feature-packed compilation (which includes production notes, interviews with all of the filmmakers, and audio commentary by four) attempts to prove that African American cinema is intent on moving past the lowbrow humor, as six of the seven shorts steer clear of any comedy.

1. A taxi driver barely finishes his coffee before a young woman asks for a ride to impress her boyfriend, only to reveal her beau’s ramshackle “plan” beside his sleek car. He then smooths over a quarreling couple, helps a frustrated engineer solve his machine’s fault in a dream, and delivers a masked father’s gifts for his estranged daughter. 2. Mr. Kalina, an airport employee, fulfills a flight attendant’s plea by taking in an orphaned African girl for the night. He ensures her safe transfer to a children’s home the next day. 3. Zaza, a coquettish milliner’s assistant, juggles the attentions of a shy tailor and her stern salon manager. After a humiliating fall on the runway, the tailor comforts her and stages a private reprise, revealing where her heart truly belongs.

At the surreal Vesta Awards, a ceremony dedicated to honoring the worst tragedies of romance, a sharp-tongued host guides the audience through four stories about the darker side of love: obsessions that spiral out of control, unrequited devotion, a strange emotional “infection,” and a costume party where death itself seems to be a guest. Dear you, unrelated is a contemporary project that dares to believe in the potential of fiction. Directors Lee Mi-rang and Lee Jong-su attempt to imaginatively restore the lost ending of The Widow. In The Widow: Rewoven, Lee Mi-rang reimagines the protagonist Shinja making a radically different decision from the original. Her film captures the inner turmoil and determination of a woman once dismissed as an Après-girl, tracing her hesitant yet resolute steps toward a new path. In Bearer of Dawn, Lee Jong-su presents a fictional scenario in which Shinja seeks revenge by finding a blacksmith. A newly added sequence in which she chooses a sword shifts the film's tone from drama into one infused with the suspense of a thriller.

Set in a haunted restaurant outside time, a ghostly host serves four unforgettable horror stories, each centered around a legendary Chinese dish. From a murdered stepdaughter’s spectral revenge with egg fried rice to a cursed fishing village bound by blood and tang yuan during winter solstice, the anthology weaves a dark tapestry of generational sin and ancestral reckoning.

Commissioned by South Korea's National Human Rights Commission, If You Were Me is an innovative omnibus film project to promote tolerance and human rights and shed light on the hardships disadvantaged people face in Korea. This third installment continues the If You Were Me tradition. Directors Jeong Yun Cheol (Marathon), Kim Hyeon Pil (Wonderful Day), Lee Mi Yeon (L'Abri), Noh Dong Seok (Boys of Tomorrow), Hong Gi Seon (The Road Taken), and Kim Gok and Kim Sun (Capitalist Manifesto: Working Men of All Countries) participated in If You Were Me 3, creating shorts on human rights issues of their choosing, ranging from labor conditions to gay rights to discrimination.

The colourful characters in this drama include a pair of mimes, a husband trying to choose between his wife and his lover, and a married man who turns to a prostitute for advice.

Chandamama Kathalu is an upcoming Telugu anthology film directed by Praveen Sattaru and produced by Chanakya Bhooneti.The film has eight sub-stories revolving around love.The lives of the central characters in the sub-plots get intertwined with each other.Lakshmi Manchu, Aamani, Naresh, Krishnudu, Chaitanya Krishna, Abhijeet, Naga Shaurya, Vennela Kishore, Amitha Rao and Richa Panai play the lead roles.[4] Mickey J Meyer composed the music.The shooting was wrapped up in December 2013.
