This short film is a diploma of a student of the Higher Art School of Vaclav Gollar. Its main theme is dreams, so the plot immerses the viewer in a fantastic world, devoid of the traditional logic of everyday life. The film uses several typical dream motifs that usually provoke panic in the sleepers. The characters find themselves in uncomfortable situations, and as the story progresses, the drama of the events increases more and more, exacerbating the chaos.

In the end he gets invited to a country house where he sees the potato eaters. The suggestive film honours van Gogh’s handwriting but shifts it to black and white.

John's first independent work from 1989. Won Best of Fest Shorts at the Cinequest Film Festival, CA. The film is comprised of highly rendered drawings with very little moving parts to tell a complex story of relationships "gone to the birds".

A stupid insect, at the lowest level of the food chain, endures its position as prey in the forest. But suddenly, the established order is overthrown. The insect provokes a sequence of accidents of increasing importance.

When spring is coming, cute and silly characters wake up from their winter sleep and celebrate the awakening in their unique ways.
