Set in Dublin in 1967, the story of feisty woman, who along with her seven children, learns to cope with adversity after the unexpected death of her husband.

Set in a dimly lit, nearly deserted cinema hall, the film follows a protagonist whose encounters with a fellow moviegoer, a projectionist, and the presence of an unseen voyeur take on a charged, sexual undercurrent. As boundaries between experience and liminality blur, the cinema hall becomes a space of shared, ambiguous encounters where desire, tension, and vulnerability intertwine.

In 1945, as Stalin sets his hands over Poland, famous painter Wladislaw Strzeminski refuses to compromise on his art with the doctrines of social realism. Persecuted, expelled from his chair at the University, he's eventually erased from the museums' walls. With the help of some of his students, he starts fighting against the Party and becomes the symbol of an artistic resistance against intellectual tyranny.
