Peret i l’origen de la rumba catalana
An operetta with music by Johann Strauss II. However, he did not see the premiere. Wiener Blut is set at the time of the Congress of Vienna, 1814-1815, an international conference that sought to settle Europe after the upheavals of the Napoleonic Wars, and follows a traditional operetta plot full of mistaken identities. Count Balduin Zedlau, ambassador of the tiny court of Reuss-Schleiz-Greiz, is posted to Vienna. Count Zedlau is married but a real Don Juan always looking for a new encounter. Many of Strauss' compositions are used in the operetta although he did not specifically composed them for the operetta.

MTV became the vehicle for this music video culture—and relayed its scandals. From Michael Jackson's "Thriller" to Madonna's "Justify My Love" and N.W.A's "Fuck The Police," right up to the recent escapades of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Rammstein... : peppered with more or less subtle references to sex or violence, music videos have borne witness to the gradual shifting of the boundaries of good taste. Through a kaleidoscope of the most controversial videos, we look back at the strokes of genius and brilliance of three decades of music.
A corollary to Price's written piece "Sports," Folk Music and Documentary takes on questions of political speech and political image in a time when terms like "globalization" or even "politics" itself are so emptied out as to be meaningless in everyday usage. The 1990s were years of newfound engagement and activism among the young, if we are to believe the international press and its invocation of a new class of anarchist, "anti-globalization" youth. Price gives voice and image to this cliché in what is at once a screen-test, an audition, and a proposition with no clear intent or message.
