A Man's Girlhood examines in comic form the conundrums of intersexuality. Depicts the memories of the author, published in 1907 as an anonymous biography under the pseudonym NOBody, but was, following the taste of the time, dramatically oversubscribed. A child born without a clear gender is raised by the father as a boy, later by the uncle as a girl and dissected after death.
Shaurya after being fed up with his environment, comes together with his crew to point out the elephant in the room. After suffering in a dysfunctional family for most of his life and realising its visceral impact on his mother (Madhu), he convinces her to act in a media project and tries to raise questions by masking the activity as an “actor’s exercise”. He creates a facade to heal the damage his family has faced due to the influence of societal norms and patriarchy in tandem. Shaurya’s father Naval lurks around to keep surveillance and that’s exactly what he's been set up for. Vandit & Shaurya ask Madhu to perform activities to create physical discomfort whenever she adheres to societal norms. The nature of this activity is questioned by the parents, especially Naval, as most of the questions point fingers at him. Due to this, his true character is brought to the forefront. Consequently, a confrontation breaks out and it leads to an uncanny incident.
College and high school serve as the backdrop for two stories about dysfunction and personal turmoil.
Beth, Calvin, and their son Conrad are living in the aftermath of the death of the other son. Conrad is overcome by grief and misplaced guilt to the extent of a suicide attempt. He is in therapy. She gets more infuriated. While Bill and a posse are raiding an immoral cabaret, Kenton raids the Paradise freight depot to steal the money. The depot catches fire and Kenton shoots his henchman to save himself. The town and Geraldine think Kenton is a hero. It is up to Bill to prove otherwise.

As she is being reprimanded in Mrs. Bredwell's office, a misunderstanding results in a member of the football team arriving at the office with Ann's clothes--she had left them behind when she changed into a football uniform so she could play football with the team--and Mrs. Bredwell writes to Ann's father notifying him that Ann is being expelled. She intercepts the letter, but her troubles are far from over.
Sonya, a Marseilles Cafe performer involved with a pack of thieves is rescued from her criminal life by a police official who sends her lover and partner in a knife-throwing act to jail and then tries to seduce her. Not submitting to the official's advances, she falls in love with an Apache dancer in Paris and works with him, holding her other admirer at a distance. The official is mysteriously killed, presumably by her lover, it then falls to Sonya to find the real felon.

The citizens and near-by ranchers of a western town are being besieged by a gang of rustlers and robbers, and a plea is made to the governor to send a troop of rangers. Shortly, thereafter a dude-costumed cowboy shows up but he only asks a lot of dumb questions and does a lot of stick-whittling as he wanders the streets and hangs out in the saloon with the regular barflies. The citizens mark him down as being 'tetched in the head.' Also, shortly after the whittler arrives, a mysterious black-masked rider begins to make life a bit tougher on them than it had been.
