Student Bodies is a syndicated television comedy program that was produced in Montreal, Quebec, Canada from 1997 to the end of 1999. While a live-action series, animations are used throughout as thoughts and imaginations. The segments are usually dark and comical. Though the show enjoyed much bigger success in Canada, the show was originally made for the American market under the distribution of 20th Television and aired on many Fox affiliated stations for one year. The show aired in Canada on Global and YTV. It has been called "an imitation of Saved by the Bell" by critics, and featured an ensemble cast of high school students at Thomas A. Edison High School.

Being Eve is a television series from New Zealand, originally shown on TV3 from 2001–2002, and rebroadcast on The N. Being Eve focuses on a teenage girl, Eve Baxter, and her daily problems. Her parents are divorced but live next door to each other. Eve was in love with a boy named Adam. They broke up at the beginning of the second season, and she ends up with another boy named Sam Hooper, whom she had her first kiss with when they were kids.

When he is told by the teacher that the club must be disbanded he manages to negotiate and is granted a four month grace period before the club is to be abolished. Meanwhile, a trivial quarrel between Hiroya and his classmate Ooga Kenta ends up being broadcasted by accident, which in turn creates a petite buzz throughout the school and leads to the two working together on the school’s lunchtime radio show.

Koharu is a dull high school girl who is always alone. Her only hobby is making plastic models. One day, Koharu stops by a mysterious antique shop and purchases a plastic model gun and a toy figure named Alice. The story takes place in a certain high school. Masaki Nitta arrives as a new music teacher, but the school is greatly disturbed by the disappearance of the previous teacher. While playing the piano in the music room the night before work, Masaki meets Sae Izumi, a student who is running away from one issue. Sae is a student in the class in which he is an assistant teacher. The two of them, gradually develop a bond through the disappearance.

15-year-old Qian Jiayue enters a prestigious high school and faces academic challenges while navigating friendships and family dynamics. As she bonds with her new friend Chen Mo, both girls grow through their shared experiences. Meanwhile, their families grapple with life changes and generational conflicts, but the warmth of family and community support remains unchanged.

He Xiao Qing has been helping out at the community welfare center since she was a kid. Through a stroke of luck, she gets the opportunity to study at a prestigious school and tries hard to do well in her studies. At the same time, she continues to work part-time after school so as not to let her parents worry. Along the way, she meets Bi Zhan Lang, a man who makes her heart flutter. She also becomes friends with Bi Xi Wen and Dong Fang Yu. Despite her efforts, it's not easy to thrive in school as classmates can easily develop enmity over differing opinions. Lucky for her, Xiao Qing has learned many tricks from her days at the welfare center. In this coming of age story, Xiao Qing realizes that she can not only help herself but also help others achieve their dreams.
