Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Amel Bent

Amel Bent Bachir (born 21 June 1985) is a French R&B and pop singer who gained fame after reaching the semi-finals of season 2 of French TV singing competition Nouvelle Star. She is best-selling artist to come from that competition. She is currently a "coach" on the similar French talent show The Voice: la plus belle voix. Amel Bent grew up in the Paris suburb of La Courneuve with her Algerian father and Moroccan mother. She has a brother and a sister. Her career jump started after making it to the semi-finals of the reality TV show Nouvelle Star 2, France's version of Pop Idol. Although her performance did not make it to the finals, she was still noticed by some of the show's producers, and would end up making her début album later that year, titled: Un Jour d'été, released in late 2004. The album would sell more than 550,000 copies in France alone, but the success of the album would ultimately be derived from the single "Ma Philosophie", which would sell at more than 500,000 copies, staying at the No. 1 slot in France, for more than six weeks during and after sales. In 2012, Bent was one of the contestants during the Third Season of Danse avec les stars. She and her partner Christophe Licata finished in second place, but won the celebrity dancing show's Christmas special. Tomáš Maštalír (* September 4, 1977, Trnava) is a Slovak actor. As a pupil of the elementary school he lectured prose. He studied at the Modřany grammar school where he played theater. Later he left for Bratislava to the College of Performing Arts. His teachers included Emil Horváth, Juraj Slezáček and Peter Mikulík. Later on he was educated by director Ľubomír Vajdička. Thierry Vincent Moscato, known as Vincent Moscato (born 28 July 1965, in Paris) is a former French rugby union player as well as radio talk host and actor. Moscato played as a hooker. He won the French Top 14 title with CA Bordeaux-Bègles Gironde in 1991, and he earned his first international cap on 22 June 1991 against Romania at Bucharest. He died of intestinal problems. He was also known as Samuel Hardy. Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Hardy attended Yale but left there to become an actor on stage. He entered the world of film with Biograph Studios. Hardy became ill while he was working in the film Shoot the Chutes, starring Eddie Cantor. He did not survive emergency surgery at a hospital.

Also widely known as "MatsuJun", is a Japanese actor, and TV host. He is known outside Japan for he role in the Romance film Tokyo Tower (2005). He was also a main character in Kimi wa petto (2003), along with Koyuki. He rose to fame in the drama Kimi wa petto (2003) with Koyuki and gained huge popularity . He first caught the attention of the public in 1997 by acting debut in TBS drama special Hoken Chousain, but quickly grew beyond drama and has earned acclaim as an actor through his many roles on Japanese television and in several Japanese films. He also starred Boys Over Flowers series in 2005. He has gone on to appear in numerous dramas and movies, receiving a number of awards and nominations for his roles. He drama 99.9: Criminal Lawyer (2016) was popular in Japan with a peak viewership rating of 22.5%. He is very famous in Japan, and almost everyone knows him. Was best known until recently for his commercial work on Japanese television. Over the years since the early 1990s, the actor has had roles in drama serials, movies, TV shows and even hosted red carpet events in his country like Minnano Televi and Utawara. Harish started his career as a child actor. He is the only male child actor to have worked in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil Kannada and Malayalam films. He then played the lead in many films. He has acted in a total of 280 films. For the film Andhra Kesari, he won the state award for the best child actor of the year 1983 from the Chief Minister Late N. T. Rama Rao. He also received special jury award as the best actor in 1996 for the film Oho Naa Pellanta produced by D.Ramanaidu, and directed by Jandhyala. Harish acted as a lead at a young age of 15. His first film as a lead actor was Daisy, a Malayalam film directed by Prathap K. Pothan. The movie also starred Kamal Hassan. In Tamil, he was introduced by T. Rajendar as a lead in the film Pookal Vidum Thudel, directed by Sridhar Rajan. In Telugu, he was introduced as a lead actor by producer D. Ramanaidu in the film Prema Khaidi in 1990 with Malashree as the female lead. As the film went on to be a success at the box office, Ramanaidu decided to re-make it in Hindi with Harish as the lead and introduced Karisma Kapoor as the female lead opposite Harish in the film Prem Qaidi in 1991 which did well at the box office.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Pierino Ronald "Perry" Como (May 18, 1912 – May 12, 2001) was an American singer, actor and television personality. During a career spanning more than half a century he recorded exclusively for RCA Victor for 44 years, after signing with the label in 1943. "Mr. C.", as he was nicknamed, sold millions of records and pioneered a weekly musical variety television show. His weekly television shows and seasonal specials were broadcast throughout the world. Como received five Emmys from 1955 to 1959, a Christopher Award (1956), and shared a Peabody Award with good friend Jackie Gleason in 1956. He was inducted into the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame in 1990 and received a Kennedy Center Honor in 1987. Posthumously, Como received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002. He has the distinction of having three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his work in radio, television, and music.

Xavier Samuel

Samuel was born in Hamilton, Victoria, the son of Maree and Clifford Samuel. He grew up in Adelaide, South Australia and graduated from Rostrevor College in 2001. He has a younger brother, Benedict, a writer, producer and actor, as well as an older sister, Bridget, a stage manager. Despite completing his senior secondary years at Rostrevor College, Samuel undertook final year drama at Christian Brothers College under the tutelage of Amanda Portus, where he played the part of Tom Snout (the wall) in Rostrevor College's production ofShakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream as well as playing "Belvile" in CBC's production of Aphra Behn's The Rover (The Banished Cavaliers). Xavier Samuel later attended Flinders University Drama Centre in 2005, where he studied under renowned acting teacher Professor Julie Holledge. He played Hamlet in the graduate production.

Charles “Charlie” Chaplin (16 April 1889 – 25 December 1977) was an English comic actor, film director and composer best-known for his work during the silent film era. He used mime, slapstick and other visual comedy routines, and continued well into the era of the talkies, though his films decreased in frequency by the end of the 1920s. His most famous role was that of The Tramp, which he first played in Kid Auto Races (1914). From 1914 onwards he was writing and directing most of his films, by 1916 he was producing them, and by 1918 he was also composing the music for them. In 1919 he co-founded United Artists. In 1999, the American Film Institute ranked Chaplin the 10th greatest male screen legend of all time.
