The Legend of the Condor Heroes is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Louis Cha's novel of the same title. It was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in 1983. The 59 episodes long series is divided into three parts. This 1983 version is considered by many to be a classic television adaptation of the novel and features the breakthrough role of Barbara Yung, who played Huang Rong.

Rounin is a 2007 Filipino primetime TV series produced and aired by ABS-CBN. It is a fantasy and martial arts series shown in Philippine TV and is said to be one of the most expensive locally-produced TV series aired in the Philippines. It is also the first Filipino series shot using high-definition video technology. The series is line produced by Reality Films while Larger Than Life Productions is handling post, visual effects, VFX supervision, mastering and grading. The series is shot using Panasonic’s HDP2 technology. The series ended after one season due to failure to do well in the ratings game.

There are many monsters in the world. Regardless their level, they are all locked in the magic mirror of demons. The story is about an old feud between two people - Liu Lang Yue and the feudal lord of the Yue clan. Since then, she has hidden in a valley with two disciples, Jin Cheng and Jin Bao, and their buddies, a pack of wolves with Lassie-like tendencies. As fate would have it, Lord Yue's eldest son decides to go hunting for wolves, and he ends up getting skewered with his own banner by Jin Cheng. But Jin Cheng is also severely injured, having taken half-a-dozen arrows in the process. Who else would save him but Tong Fu Er, daughter of the master physician Tong Yuan, the person who semi-healed Lang Yue in the first place?

A Step into the Past is a 2001 Hong Kong television series produced by TVB and based on Huang Yi's novel of the same Chinese title. The series tells the story of a 21st-century Hong Kong VIPPU officer who travels back in time to the Warring States period of ancient China. He is involved in a number of important historical events that leads to the first unification of China under the Qin Dynasty. The series' first original broadcast ran from 15 October to 7 December 2001 on the TVB Jade network in Hong Kong.
