It’s the first day of the 1963 school year at Voltaire High! And for the first time, girls and boys will mingle. This first year of coeducation is full of surprises, both for teachers and students.

The show is centered around a fictional 'relearning project for adults,' aimed at creating an app for adults who want to update their knowledge. The members discuss what kind of content should be included in the app and how the current textbooks differ in content from the past.

In 2002, newly graduated An Yan was assigned to teach at Heping Middle School in Changzhi County. Initially struggling with the rural school's environment, she eventually embraced the value of rural education and became a respected teacher. Throughout her journey, she worked to implement key programs and improve the educational environment for local children.
