The Spike Jones Show was the name of several separate American comedy and variety series that aired on NBC and CBS in the 1950s and 1960s. The series was presented by actor and musician Spike Jones.
Hanzawa Naoki works as a loan manager at the Osaka Nishi branch of Tokyo Central Bank. One day, Hanzawa makes a loan contract for 500 million yen with Nishi Osaka Steel Company. Hanzawa didn't want to approve the loan, but he had to due to the branch manager's order. Nishi Osaka Steel Company seems financially stable, but the company actually hides massive amounts of debt through fraudulent accounts. The company is caught. Three months later, Nishi Osaka Steel Company goes bankrupt. The bank's branch manager is Asano. He is an ambitious man and tries to shift the blame to Hanzawa. Hanzawa then attends an inquiry about the loan failure at the bank's headquarters in Tokyo. Hanzawa denies fault and promises to retrieve the 500 million yen loan. He did this because it's the only way for Hanzawa to survive as a banker.
Sawako (Ryoko Hirosue) was dumped by her husband and since then she has raised her three sons alone. One day, she happens to meet a young man (Sota Fukushi) who is dying. She falls in love with him at first sight. The young man also suffers from memory loss. Sawako names him Hoshio. Taking advantage of his memory loss, she decides to make him live with her and as the father of her three sons. Now, Sawako, her three sons, her grandmother and Hoshio all live together. Sawako hopes Hoshio never regains his memory. Hoshio also begins to develop feelings for her. Whenever Sawako has troubles, Hoshio helps her out with his mysterious ability. Hoshio's past is also a mysterious. A mystery that is finally revealed.

Leave It to Larry is a 1952-1953 CBS sitcom starring Eddie Albert as Larry Tucker, a shoe salesman who lives with his own family in the residence of his employer and father-in-law, played by Ed Begley, Sr., in the role of Mr. Koppel. Begley though only five years older than Albert was still cast as the father-in-law. Joining Albert and Begley on the short-lived series were Betty Kean as wife Amy Tucker; Glenn Walken as 7-year-old Stevie Tucker, and Lydia Schaffer as daughter Harriet Tucker in her only acting role. The program aired five years before Jerry Mathers starred in the similarly titled Leave It to Beaver, originally on CBS and later ABC. Leave It to Beaver also had a character named “Larry" – Larry Mondello played by Rusty Stevens, the son of Margaret Mondello, played on the series by character actress Madge Blake. Leave It to Larry aired on Tuesday at 8 p.m. before The Red Buttons Show on CBS and opposite Milton Berle’s Texaco Star Theater on NBC. In the 1953-1954 season, The Gene Autry Show replaced Leave it to Larry on the CBS schedule, and Red Buttons yielded to the long-running The Red Skelton Show.
Jitree had lots of gambling debts, so she wanted her daughter, Taddao, to marry, for money, the much older Jao Yai Wattana. Jao Noi Yodkwan, his son, just came back from abroad. When he found out that his father plans to marry a young girl, he was very upset, so he left the palace to do farming. Jitree told Taddao that her father left a will hidden somewhere in Bussaya House. Taddao decides to run away from this forced marriage and go in search of the will. She disguises herself as a boy named Sutad and happens to run into Jao Noi Yodkwan, himself preparing to hit the road. When Taddao, disguised as the boy Sutad, discovers that Yodkwan is a friend of Witoon's, her relative, she asks him to take her along to Bussaya House. Jao Noi Yodkwan agrees to help, under the condition that Sutad obeys him and do everything as told, without troubling the bossy and uptight Jao Noi.
