This brand new mystery variety show that has only one rule: "Survive, no matter what". For each mission, cast members will enter an unknown, virtual reality space through a secret door. No matter what reality they face through the door, they must endure and survive.

The third season of "Beauty Kitchen" is now open, with the kitchen now run by Siu, Bob, and Cheung. A group of female artists transform into chefs and must pass multiple tests to prove whether they are genuine or fake. In the first round, the chefs must finish cooking a designated fancy dish within 30 minutes. In the second round, they must create a dish using a specific ingredient based on a given theme. The judges evaluate the dishes based on taste and cooking skills, and the male guests are asked to guess which female artist cooked the dish. After multiple episodes, the hosts and guests learned that cooking skills and avoiding bad taste are more important than creating delicious dishes. Spoorloos is a television program of the KRO-NCRV in which tracing blood relatives is central. Sometimes family members have lost track of each other, or have never even seen each other. The reasons why contact is broken are diverse. For example, a child who has been abandoned by one of the parents after a broken relationship or a baby who has been given up for adoption. These often concern sensitive matters that require the editors to proceed cautiously. The presentation is in the hands of Derk Bolt. He regularly goes out to track down family members.

The show documents the simplistic lifestyle of living away from the bustling city centers. Each season takes place in a different rural part of China. The cast members are only provided with the basic life necessities and have to take care of everything else such as cooking their own meals and building their own furniture. To "buy" different cooking ingredients and other tools, they have to complete certain tasks assigned by the production crew, such as planting and harvesting crops. Different guests join the cast in each episode and help out with the daily chores. The goal of the program is to bring the audience along on a slower pace of life and to illustrate the joys of a simple lifestyle.
