The evil Shadow Lord has taken control of the kingdom of Deltora and has driven the land and its people into misfortune and suffering. Lief, the son of a blacksmith, has just turned sixteen and is entrusted, along with his two companions Barda and Jasmine, with an important mission: to retrieve the stolen seven magical stones that once reunited within the Belt of Deltora, will bring power to the true heir of Deltora and give him the power to free the kingdom from the tyranny of the Shadow Lord. There is just one problem; the seven stones have been scattered all across Deltora and currently reside in the hands of seven wicked men who are not easily willing to give them up.

Garbage Pail Kids is a Canadian-American cartoon series which was produced in 1987, based on the popular Garbage Pail Kids trading cards, produced and directed by Bob Hathcock and co-written and developed by Flint Dille. Sprookjesboom, also known as "The Fairy Tale Tree" and "Märchenbaum" is a computer-animated series for children from The Efteling. The show is produced by the animation studio Motek Entertainment in Amsterdam, based on a concept from Efteling's director, Olaf Vugts. The television program is broadcast daily in several international markets including the Netherlands on TROS and z@ppelin, in Belgium on Ketnet, and in Germany on NRW. Sprookjesboom is similar in theme to Dreamworks' Shrek. It tells the story of the characters that live in the Sprookjesbos, or Fairy Tale Forest, including Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, and Tom Thumb. Behind every 5-minute episode is a subtle moral message. Episodes are in Dutch, with some having been translated to German and English. The character animation is based on motion capture performance. A feature length film titled Sprookjesboom, de Film was released in 2012 and was awarded the 100th Dutch Gouden Film. The film was based on the characters and stories from the series.

The WotWots is a New Zealand children's television show which debuted in 2009. The show features a pair of young alien twin siblings who spend their days exploring the environment where their steam-powered spaceship has landed. DottyWot, the smart and responsible ship's captain, spends most of her time riding herd on her more boisterous, fun-loving brother SpottyWot, the ship's mechanic. Episodes are set in the zoo, at the farm, or on the beach and most often tie their discovery of an animal characteristic into their own adventures.

Dirtgirlworld, stylized as dirtgirlworld, was a Canadian and Australian children's television series created by Cate McQuillen and Hewey Eustace of Mememe Productions. The series uses 3D CGI animation combined with photomontage. The main characters are Dirtgirl and Scrapboy, as well as their friends Ken, Grubby, and Hayman.
