His ineptitude regarding the smallest things a mother would need to know [like packing a lunch for school] are endearing rather than hokey, and the character of Yuzuyu is cute, without being overly so.

This series follows a 3D-animated plane named Jay Jay as he and his friends at Tarrytown Airport discover the wonders of science and nature, and learn valuable life lessons along the way.
