It's Murder. But Is It Art? is a 1976 six-part comedy thriller serial written by David Pursall and Jack Seddon, and produced for BBC One. Eccentric artist-turned-detective called Phineas Drake investigates when beautiful blonde Tina Kent is discovered murdered in the drawing-room of Brigadier Austin Binghop. Insp. Hook is convinced that Binghop is the culprit and takes him into custody. However, Mr Drake thinks otherwise and places himself in considerable personal jeopardy – with the trail leading him to the house of Chelsea socialite Mrs MacPherson. Barring some low-quality, off-air recorded monochrome trailers from the time, the entire series is believed to be lost.

The city of Haarlem, Netherlands, has set a prize of ƒ100,000 to the person who can grow a black tulip, sparking competition between the country's best gardeners to win the money, honour and fame. Only the city's oldest citizens remember the Tulip Mania thirty years prior, and the citizens throw themselves into the competition. The young and bourgeois Cornelius van Baerle has almost succeeded but is suddenly thrown into the Loevestein prison. There he meets the prison guard's beautiful daughter Rosa, who will be his comfort and help, and eventually become his rescuer.

Earth's defense forces are engaged in a losing battle with the evil alien race called the venomoids led by Darkon. During this time frame a ship plummets towards Earth and explodes, and out walks a stranger named Blade, unscathed, but suffering from amnesia. In his possession is a Tekno crystal, which he can use to transform himself into Teknoman, an unstoppable fighting machine. As the war turns in their favour, they learn that Darkon is breeding Teknomen from humans one of which looks exactly like Blade. Where did these humans come from and why is Blade able to transform into a Teknoman?

The 17-year-old Onohara Asami is a cute, second-year high school student. Nobody knows that she is actually already married to her 25-year-old physics teacher, Ichimaru Kyousuke (Danna-sama). Besides her responsibility as a student, she now has to take care of the household and keep the marriage a secret at school. Juggling these things on a daily basis is all but easy for Asami, especially with the complications introduced by her well-meaning but nosy best female friends; an overprotective very intrusive father Iwao; the kind teacher Iwasaki who of all men falls for Asami's husband; or the quite alluring next-door neighbour Sakura Mizunosaki. Against all these odds Asami tries to nurture her young love with Danna-sama.
