A simple guy named Chest, because of his love for his village, Antonovka constantly gets into trouble. This time, he could not get past the acute problem — illegal pollution of territories with garbage. The trunk, realizing that the local government takes the position of "I don't see a problem, there is no problem," takes the initiative into its own hands and organizes a fishing championship to attract public attention. The competition is becoming popular, but the Chest makes an enemy in the person of the organizer of the dump, who, for his own selfish purposes, is ready to do anything to stop the championship in Antonovka.

Four bandits in the late nineties come to knock money out of the debtor, but accidentally fall into the cryocamera and end up in 2022. Phil, Chuck, Whizz and Massa do not immediately realize that during this time Moscow has radically changed, their lifestyle has become very outdated, and people around have a lot of unfamiliar devices and strange habits. The worst thing is that their loved ones have grown older, and now someone will have to rebuild their relationship with their son, who has become his age, and someone will have to win the heart of an already much older girlfriend. The alien invader Goa plots to conquer planet Earth. They befriend Atsushi and Mamoru, the latter has Magma emotionally touched since he wanted to have a child with Mol, so Earth creates a duplicate of Mamoru, named Gam Earth, and gives Mamoru a whistle, with which he can call Gam, Mol, and Magma in times of crisis. So when Goa unleashes his various daikaiju, chances are, Magma, Mol, and Gam will fly to the rescue.
