Jamie Oliver goes on a mission to change the way people think about vegetables, demonstrating a collection of vibrant, hearty and healthy vegetarian dishes that everyone can add to their kitchen.

American favorite "Chopped" heads north of the border to Canada with a familiar format and new host, Toronto native Dean McDermott. Each episode of "Chopped Canada" challenges four professional chefs to turn boxes of mystery ingredients into a three-course meal in a race against the clock. Each course serves as its own round in the competition, and the chef with the least-successful dish — as determined by a panel of judges — is eliminated after each round. The chef who comes out on top following the dessert round wins $10,000 and the title of "Chopped Canada" champion.

Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning programme debuted on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week. Ramsay revisits the restaurant a few months later to see how business has fared in his absence. Episodes from series one and two have been re-edited with additional new material as Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares Revisited; they featured Ramsay checking up on restaurants a year or more after he attended to them. In October 2009 Ramsay announced that after his four-year contract expired in 2011 he would not continue with Kitchen Nightmares and would instead work on his other shows.

Celebrating undiscovered and inspiring culinary voices from every corner of the country, this cooking competition series gives ten talented chefs the opportunity to share their stories and business dreams while vying for a life altering $300,000 cash prize.

Each week, five amateur cooks compete against each other hosting a dinner party for the other contestants. Each competitor then rates the host's performance with the winner winning a cash prize.

The table is set for the ultimate culinary clash in this one part cooking competition, one part game show. Host Adam Richman ("Man v. Food") will give homegrown amateur cooks the chance to test their skills against professional chefs. Every down-home cook has that one signature dish or secret family recipe that always gains favor with friends and family. Now, imagine going head-to-head in the kitchen against five professional chefs, who try to cook your specialty dish even better than you in the hopes of winning over a dinner party made up of the American public. Jo Brand is joined by three different celebrity Bake Off fans to shine a spotlight on the good, the bad and the soggy bottomed from the most recent episode.

Cook and food writer Rachel Khoo explores the spectacular world of chocolate. She samples tantalising treats, showcases classic recipes and puts unexpected twists on her favorites.

Marina Bastarache and a guest chef challenge the kitchen brigades, made up of would-be high school chefs, to a culinary mission that involves cooking a meal for a social cause. The brigade chosen to take up the challenge is helped every step of the way by the guest chef. Every effort will be made to ensure the meal, inspired by charity and generosity, is a huge hit.

Baek Jong Won is here again to help out an industry. This time, he goes all out to promote local food. He visits various regions and learn about their local produce. By creating different meals with these ingredients, Mr. Baek is able to sell them in rest stops. Yang Se Hyeong, Kim Hee Chul, and Kim Dong Jin are here to assist.
