"Ancient Superstructures“ reveals the secrets behind the world’s most famous monuments. Some of the ancient marvels which are among the most studied and scrutinized monuments in the world still remain shrouded in mystery. What if the answers were right in front of us… but invisible to the human eye? This ground-breaking series takes a unique approach in delving into engineering mysteries behind the world’s most famous ancient structures, by observing them from different perspectives of scale. From satellite imagery and aerial views right down to macro and microscopic levels, each perspective reveals data that helps shed new light on historical and construction enigmas that have baffled historians for years.

In a Temple filled with lost treasures and protected by mysterious Mayan temple guards, six teams of two children compete to retrieve one of the historical artifacts in the Temple by performing physical stunts and answering questions based on history, mythology, and geography. After three elimination rounds, only one team remains, who then earns the right to go through the Temple to retrieve the artifact within three minutes and win a grand prize.

During the period of the 20-30s of the twentieth century, Ukrainian culture experienced its formation, flourishing and tragic finale. The three-part documentary tells about the shares of Vladimir Sosyura, Pavel Ticini, Nikolai Fitilev, Les Kurbas, Nikolai Kulish, Mikhail Boychuk and Alexander Dovzhenko. The film uses a chronicle of that time, the authors visited the places where the events of this dark era for Ukraine unfolded, and in numerous museums that have preserved materials, papers and evidence of those years.
