A buddycop min-series spoofing 70' american series like "Stasky & Hutch", Melchor Mosca and Carlos Smith are two unortodox cops who love parties and prostitutes, but somehow allways solve the case. They operate in El Once, one of the most inmigrant-heavy districts in Buenos Aires, with lots of fleamarkets and shady stores, but Mosca and Smith lived there all their lifes, so they allways know where to go and to who ask questions when there is a crime.

Eliseo is the superintendent of an upscale building. On the surface, is cordial and docile in his role, but underneath Eliseo believes himself the omnipotent figure of the community — meddling in the affairs of residents and pulling strings as he sees fit. Eliseo's only concern is protecting his job, which comes under threat by a proposed pool project.

Like its predecessor, the show follows three main characters who team up to solve unusual cases. Despite different backgrounds, they work together seamlessly to crack the cases, mainly involving organized crime. With no formal law enforcement authority, they constantly find themselves in precarious circumstances as they take on cases like revenge, medical malpractice, taxi robbery, and gang-related murder.

The title character was an ordinary chicken until he was run down by a car and subsequently brought back to life in cyborg form by mad scientist Fritz Huhnmorder, who tortures Robot Chicken by forcing him to watch a random selection of TV shows, the sketches that make up the body of each episode.
