"Löwengrube – Die Grandauers und ihre Zeit" is a German television series first aired between 1989 and 1992, created by Willy Purucker and directed by Rainer Wolffhardt. It is set in Munich and follows the lives of Ludwig Grandauer and his son Karl, both policemen, covering the years from 1897 to 1954. The TV show is based on Purucker's radio play series Die Grandauers und ihre Zeit (‘The Grandauers and their time’). The series’ main title "Löwengrube", meaning ‘Lions’ Den’, refers to the address of the Munich Police Headquarters inaugurated in 1913.

The main characters are the "Sheriff from Marienplatz" Xaver Bartl and his new colleague Felix Kandler. München 7 is part of a series of commonly branded shows with similar themes called "Heiter bis tödlich".

The original broadcast was on the TVB Jade with approximately 45-minute long episodes airing five days a week. The final two episodes were an hour and a half long each, which aired during the weekends. A Chip Off the Old Block tells the story of the articulate businessman Chor Chi, who accidentally travels back in time to the 1960s and meets his younger father, Chor Fan.

Las Muñecas De La Mafia is a 2009 Colombian telenovela produced by BE-TV and broadcast by Caracol TV. It's based on Juan Camilo Ferrand and Andres Lopez's book "Las Fantásticas". They also wrote the scripts for the television series. The telenovela will debut soon on the Telefutura Network. Series debuted on May 3, 2010 after the Vecinos finale. The show ended July 2010 in the U.S. It talks about the story of Brenda, Olivia, Violeta, Renata and Pamela. They get into trouble throughout the series because they get involved with some mafia guys from "El Carmen" in Colombia.They all have sad endings. Pamela immigrates, at the end of the story, to the United States of America to try to get away from trouble and be close to her father, who was a pilot and end up in jail because he was captured by DEA taking cocaine to U.S in a plain, and ends up as a maid but tells Brenda she is happy and having a great life. Olivia ends up in jail for having a fake wedding with a Braulio Bermudez and getting some of his properties. Violeta dies when the two mafia opposite sides were going to end a war that was going on in between them.Renata also dies because she was force by erick, to pay money she owe him, to carry drugs in her stomach to the United States and no one of her loved ones knew because she had no identification on her. Brenda ends up being pregnant by Braulio, she never saw him again, because he was taken to an US jail. This is a very exiting story to see and it shows how easy life is never a good choice, might be nice and easy at the beginning but some day all ends.

Bairi Piya is an Indian soap opera. Bairi Piya is an atypical love story painted across a canvas portraying the predicament of destitute farmers & their families. The initial episodes accentuated the stark reality that morality was a luxury many families couldn’t afford. Though the series started with the intent of highlighting the problems faced by the poor peasants of Vidarbha region of Eastern Maharashtra, that track was soon relegated to the backburner after receiving much criticism, despite revealing the true miserable conditions of poor peasants. The Women Rights Commission even pleaded for the show to be discontinued on the grounds that the practice of taking young girls to fulfil landlords' needs was not admissible for open public viewing.

Murderland is a 2009 British television drama miniseries created by David Pirie and directed by Catherine Morshead. As the investigation unfolds, Carrie's yearning to discover who murdered her mother grows more intense, bringing her closer to the detective working the case.

The Paradise Club is a BBC television drama starring Don Henderson and Leslie Grantham as Frank & Danny Kane. Two series were produced and were broadcast between 1989 and 1990. The show focuses upon two brothers, Frank & Danny Kane. Their mother, Ma Kane, is the matriarch of a criminal gang in South London, helped by her son Danny. Frank has become a priest but leaves the church; he inherits The Paradise Club on the death of their mother and returns to London to try and steer Danny away from crime.
