Nick News with Linda Ellerbee is an educational children's and teenagers' television show on Nickelodeon that has been shown since 1992. Nick News takes the form of a highly rated and recognized news program for children and teenagers alike, discussing important social, political and economic issues in a format intended for both children and adults. The show is famous for allowing normal teenagers to speak out on their own personal opinions on a number of past and current worldwide issues and topics, including events such as Black History Month.

E:60 is a weekly investigative journalism newsmagazine show. It premiered on ESPN on October 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. ET, 4:00 p.m. PT. The show is one hour long. E:60 covers stories that relate to both American and international sports. Reporters from the network interview those surrounding the stories, and they also discuss what was involved in covering the stories. Many of the stories' subjects are of a serious nature, such as a story featured on the premiere show about Jason Ray, the student who portrayed the North Carolina Tar Heels' mascot Ramses, being killed after he was struck by a car. Reporters and contributors on the show include ESPN personalities Jeremy Schaap, Rachel Nichols, Lisa Salters, Jeffri Chadiha, Michael Smith, and Chris Connelly.
Primetime News is the flagship news programme on Singapore's Channel NewsAsia. The programme was broadcast every day at 9:00 pm in Singapore and ran for 30 minutes. It previously ran at 8:00 pm Singapore time for one hour. The programme covers all of the daily headlines from Singapore and abroad. The show was formerly called Channel NewsAsia Tonight from 1 March 1999 until 31 August 2001 before some of Channel NewsAsia's live news programmes were renamed and revamped. The last edition of Primetime News aired on 20 January 2013 before an overhaul on Channel NewsAsia's broadcast on 21 January 2013.
