The telenovela was filmed in Miami, Florida and it starred Scarlet Ortiz and Jorge Aravena as the main protagonists while Colombian actress Aura Cristina Geithner and Venezuelan actress Astrid Gruber starred as the main antagonists.

It was set at an esteemed performing arts college near Barcelona, Spain, and focuses on 13 teenagers who are invited to enrol at the college, Avalon Heights, over the summer. All eight members of the pop group S Club 8 star in the show alongside five other young actors and actresses and Hollywood film actor Christopher Lloyd. The show has the members of S Club 8 playing supposedly exaggerated versions of themselves, albeit with identical names to their real life counterparts. Each episode of the show includes several songs and dance numbers involving both members and non-members of the band. Cast member George Wood called the show "a modern day Fame".

Having to work together makes these two unintentionally become rivals in the workplace. Oat annoys Pop a lot, such that Pop doesn't know what to do with him. But the relationship of this couple progresses from not liking each other's faces to becoming a close firm friendship before they realize it. At the same time, Mo meets Nick, a handsome pilot trainee of the airline, who is very dedicated to her.

Kyoko Ogawa is a woman in her 20's and she works at an underwear company. Because of her mother, Kyoko Ogawa has suffered from low self-esteem since she was a child. She is also shaken by two men: Kojiro Yoshizaki and Ren Hoshina. Kojiro Yoshizaki works as an editor for a manga magazine. He is bright, funny and a nice person. Ren Hoshina is a guy that Kyoko Ogawa dated when she attended college. Ren Hoshina was able to see her weakness and was controlling over her. At her job at the underwear company, Ren Hoshina appears in front of her as her boss.

Story depicts the conflicts and growth of families who live at co-operative houses. Nana Igarashi is 35-years-old and works as a diving instructor. She is married to Daiki who is 32-years-old and works at a toy company. They live in a small apartment, while saving up to buy a house. They enjoy their life. Nana and Daiki decide to buy a co-operative house. They also try to have a baby. Nana and Daiki realize it isn't easy to have baby.

Love has never really been a concern for Mitsuyoshi Tada, and as the aspiring photographer enters his second year of high school. However, things just might change after he meets a foreigner named Teresa Wagner. Nevertheless, after she asks him to photograph her, the two soon separate... only to meet each other again twice more that day!
