Quite good animation but the foundation of the story is just too sad for me. Maybe worth to watch it once.

**"In order for you to have the time to truly decide whether this world is worth saving or not, we need the world to keep existing"** ~Please forgive any spelling errors. English is not my native language. I have my difficulties with "Black Bullet". I started the anime a few years ago, watched two episodes and then stopped again. Now I've seen it finished. So here are my thoughts. The stucture of Black Bullet: 1. On the one hand, I think that the anime would have benifited from more episodes or a second season. Everything seemed so cramped and rushed to me. 2. On the other hand, I don't know if it was interesting enough to warrant more episodes. 3. Plot points were quickly introduced and rushed through. I was sometimes a bit confused during or at the end of an episode. The writing of Black Bullet: 1. Either I was mentally absent for a short time and just didn't notice it or we learn almost nothing about Rentarou. Of course, we learn somethings about him (🦾🦿), but nothing really about him in terms of character. 2. Takuto Yasuwaki's "villain arc" is stupid and doesn't change or do anything within the story. 3. This is just a small point that gets on my nerves personally in some anime... Unnecessary conversations about the breasts of female characters. 4. This is now a somewhat bigger point, because I find it ... icky. The strange sexualization of the 'Cursed Children'. And the cursed children are, as the name suggests, children. I noticed it in some places, and I thinks it's well, strange. ~Again, sorry for any possible errors.
