Koichi Miyazawa runs a small, but longstanding company which makes tabi (traditional Japanese socks). He is the CEO of the fourth generation company with about 20 employees. Due to a decrease of demand for tabi, the company is struggling to keep afloat. Koichi Miyazawa thinks about launching a new product line. The new product is running shoes. For the company's surival, Koichi Miyazawa begins to develop running shoes using their accumulated knowledge for making tabi.

Sato Tomoko leads an ordinary life with her husband and young child. One day, she defies the rules at the company where she works part-time to supplement the household income, and is fired. Tomoko is in her 40s, a high school dropout and has no qualifications. How is she to get a job? She happens to find out about the huge pay and high winning rate of members of the city, townand village councils through a TV programme. Equating huge pay with family happiness, the foolhardy Tomoko quickly decides to run for the city council. Her rival in the election race is Todo Makoto, who comes from a long line of politicians. Hirata Kazumi, a former star political journalist at a newspaper and a friend whose child attends the same nursery school, is inspired by Tomoko’s energy and ability to unify people, and becomes her supporter.

Aizawa Hinata is a high school counselor who provides support to students with school and family problems. This is motivated by the warped relationship she had with her over-controlling mother which she could not discuss with anyone. One day, a male student who has not been attending school confesses that he likes her. However, he dies mysteriously the next day. Hinata takes action to determine the cause of his death and learns that the boy suffered insidious bullying at school and excessive meddling by his mother. He had a record of delinquency and kept rough company. Hinata is hounded by his mother who believes that she is responsible for her son's suicide, and is driven to the verge of breaking down.

At Yurigahara High School, the occult legend of "Yuriko-sama" has been handed down for generations. The existence of "Yuriko-sama" who reigns at the top of the school and brings misery to those who stand against her. The only condition to become a "Yuriko-sama" is to have the name Yuriko. In the new semester, a new "Yuriko-sama" fight begins. In order to save Yasaka Yuriko, her best friend, Shimakura Mizuki stands up and challenges the truth behind the legend.

Rosuke Narumi soon discovers how different the work environment is from his previous job. So the school can run in the black, Rosuke Narumi implements cost cutting measures. School staff members including Chihiro Mashiba oppose his plan.

Kanji Senkawa receives requests which the police or private investigators can't handle. He solves the cases by threatening people. Kanji Senkawa meets wealthy university student Mio Kanesaka. She has a good heart and and can't ignore those in difficult situations. Kanji and Mio get involved in various cases including voice phishing and kidnappings.

Utako Kamiya is struggling in life with her past trauma and joins a dance group to revive her spirits.

Mikoto Misumi is a pathologist at UDI (Unnatural Death Investigation) Lab. She can't stand neglecting unnatural deaths and believes there must be a truth behind the deaths. Team members that work with her are autopsy doctor Kai Nakado, recorder Rokuro Kube, clinical test technologist Yuko Shoji and UDI director Yasuo Kamikura. They work on unnatural death cases and try to reveal the truth behind the deaths.

A mysterious pandemic has broken out at Narita Airport and the city is overrun with zombies. Riri Mizukami, a second-year high-school student and member of the softball club, is rescued by Tokyo Uni student Shōtarō Kashiwa and wakes up in a shopping mall, which is not an official evacuation shelter. Riri and her new friends Renren, Shizuku Murahama, Jin Irie, Beast Kashimoto, Sana Mogami, and Ryō Hirasaka have escaped and are living a "special" life.

Ultraman Gaia is a Japanese tokusatsu TV show and is the 13th show in the Ultra Series. Created by Chiaki J. Konaka and produced by Tsuburaya Productions and Mainichi Broadcasting System, Ultraman Gaia was aired on JNN TV stations from September 5, 1998 until August 28, 1999, with a total of 51 episodes.

After causing a major incident, police officer Daigo Agawa takes his wife and daughter to live in the remote mountain village of Kuge. The Mobile Investigative Unit (known as "MIU") of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department attempts to solve cases within 24 hours. Detective Kazumi Shima is selected as a new member of MIU. He is intelligent, with excellent observation and communication skills. Yet, he does not trust other people. He is unable to find a partner in MIU and is ordered to partner with Police Officer Ai Ibuki, who works at a police substation. Ibuki applied for MIU, but he failed. He is in excellent physical condition, but he lacks knowledge and experience as a detective. Shima learns about Ibuki's background and he becomes more nervous. Finally, Shima has his first meeting with Ibuki.

Its story is set in Aikatsu Planet, a world where everyone can become cute idols using an avatar. While spending school life, the main characters are aiming to become top idols. Everyday parts such as the main character's school life will be filmed in live-action, and the Aikatsu Planet! world will be drawn in anime and 3DCG (like the previous series). The live-action part's cast members will form a unit "STARRY PLANET*" and perform as idols at events and on YouTube. A new Data Carddass game linked to the TV series, "Data Carddass Aikatsu Planet!" is also scheduled to begin its service this winter.

Samurai 7 is a 2004 anime TV series, produced by Gonzo and based on Akira Kurosawa's highly regarded 1954 movie Seven Samurai. The series was directed by Toshifumi Takizawa and its music was composed by Kaoru Wada and Eitetsu Hayashi. There are 26 episodes, each costing around ¥32,500,000 to produce. The series premiered across Japan on the anime satellite television network, Animax, as an exclusive high definition CS-PPV broadcast, and was also later aired by the network across its other respective networks worldwide, including Southeast Asia, South Asia, Latin America and other regions. Funimation Entertainment acquired the dubbing rights for the North American release. It previously aired in America through the Independent Film Channel in April 2006 and in high definition on Dish Networks Animania HD channel. It has also been broadcast across Canada by specialty channel Razer and across Hong Kong by TVB Jade. The Funimation Channel aired the series on September 6, 2010. It began airing on Adult Swim's revived Toonami block on August 19, 2012. and ended its run on February 10, 2013.
