Kamen Rider Fourze × Crayon Shin-chan is the collective title of the special crossover episodes of Kamen Rider Fourze and Crayon Shin-chan. The special promotes the two series' new films: Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen and Crayon Shin-chan: The Storm Called!: Me and the Space Princess. The special also commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Shin-chan film series. This is the second time the Kamen Rider Series has crossed over with Crayon Shin-chan, the first time was with Kamen Rider Den-O in Kamen Rider Den-O + Shin-O.

Set in Springfield, the average American town, the show focuses on the antics and everyday adventures of the Simpson family; Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie, as well as a virtual cast of thousands. Summer 1958… Wearied by the ingratitude of the French and by the mediocrity of their leaders, the Liberator of France decides to go on a well-deserved holiday… Charles, rather dreamy but imperturbable, is accompanied by the ever faithful Captain Lebornec. Lebornec – devoted if sometimes flummoxed by the general’s attitude – is the ideal holiday companion and confidant. They are accompanied by Charles’ wife Yvonne, his son, and Wehrmacht, a descendant of Hitler’s dog.

Four turtles fall into the sewers and are befriended by Hamato Yoshi a Japanese man sent to New York who was forced to live in the sewers. One day he sees a strange green glow which transforms the four turtles into human-like creatures. Hamato (now Master Splinter) changes into a giant rat from the green glow and teaches the turtles the skills of the ninja as they team up with news reporter April O'Neil to battle against Yoshi's arch enemy Shredder and Krang, an alien warlord from Dimension X.

There are metal cadbots on Earth that are living by transforming them into beacles, hiding stagnation. The protagonist Jun accidentally gets Metabres in his hand, and gets caught up in numerous events with Bluecap... Can Lee Yeon-jun seal the metal cardbots scattered on Earth?
