One minute you're biting your nails at world events, and the next you're laughing in impotence. Michael Schøt has spent most of his stand-up career in the space between these two emotions. His ability to capture the zeitgeist here and now, but playfully observe it from the outside, has thrilled not only audiences, but also critics - who over the years have attached words like “one of the best stand-up comedians in Denmark”, “a comic elemental force”, ‘virtuoso’ and “the absolute sharpest and fastest satirist in the media” to him. Talegaver Til Børn celebrated its 15th anniversary in December 2007 with three sold-out shows at Forum. The FBI's annual charity show was produced in collaboration with Unicef. For 15 years, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, people have been able to laugh for a good cause in the company of the country's best stand-up comedians, and the 2007 shows definitely lived up to the success of previous years.

The show is about finding yourself by looking inside yourself. More specifically, it is about recognizing that you are a bad feminist and finding peace with that. About not letting your opinions be dictated by others and about how some people cannot claim ownership of a word or a definition. It is about there being room to be bad at something and that it is perfectly okay. In the spring of 2017, you can experience Zulu Comedy Galla Talent Award winner Ane Høgsberg in her debut one-woman show for the first time. She will be accompanied by a surprise warm-up act, which (without giving too much away) proves that the stand-up industry is not made up of white, oppressive men, but is actually full of supportive and good colleagues who can recognize talent when they see it and are always willing to back it up and, well, well, warm up for one of the new stars in the Danish stand-up firmament.

The latest stand-up from Denmark's biggest comedian. "Anden paa coke?" toured the country in 2006 and was seen live by over 100,000 people. Anden takes the stand-up comedy genre to a level never before seen in Denmark. There are backdrops, there is scenography, there is multimedia, but at its core, it is still just stand-up comedy at its very best!

Carsten Bang: Bang! Jeg er død

At a time when everyone is turning off the gas and saving electricity, it can be difficult to remain optimistic and hopeful for better times. But fear not! The renowned singing lodge Ørkenens Sønner (Sons of the Desert) has created a show that will blow all evil and gloomy thoughts out of the way. The heat hasn't been turned down, but the charm has been turned up! This time, the brave Loge brothers turn their gaze to sensual Paris. In a festive fireworks display of French temptations, historical and piquant scenes are performed, and as always with the awareness that it's all about keeping your finger on the pulse.

Tal for dig selv (Speak for Yourself) is Anders Matthesen's third one-man show. The show is divided into two sets. In the first set, Det gode sæt (The Good Set), Anders Matthesen addresses all topics from a positive outlook on life, while in the second set, Det onde sæt (The Bad Set), he takes a negative attitude.

The rules have changed In "Bytte Bytte Købmand". Anders and Thomas can freely use each other as to say whatever they want, and how they want. Neither of them can change the script they give each other!

This is my first DVD. It's a recording of my show from 2008 at Comedy Zoo in Copenhagen. The show is called “My first one man show”, which I think is an original title, and it's even factually correct. It could also have been called “My second one man show”, which would probably be a more original title, but still factually incorrect. I've chosen to write some of the synopsis myself in order to limit the number of adjectives and sales phrases, like the ones right after this text, because all I really want to say is: Hope you like the show and enjoy...

As usual, the show is devoid of political messages and discussions about global warming. And you probably shouldn't expect Champen to take the lead in saving a bunch of pandas. Instead, you can look forward to approximately 90 minutes of direct and honest comedy, where Uffe, accompanied only by his microphone, will entertain you with his everyday observations, delivered in a way that only he can.

With the show HELDIG, Mark is on a mission he describes as: “To bring the laughter back when there's sometimes not a hell of a lot to laugh about”. HELDIG is about getting a chance to embrace the bumps in the road instead of always painting the devil on the wall. The idea for the new one-man show HELDIG actually originated in BØVL, where he worked with the moral: “that it doesn't pay to worry, because your greatest fears rarely come true”. As it turned out, this moral had a tragicomic outcome in the comedian's own life. A week after the show premiered on TV, Mark got the news from his doctor that they thought he had cancer. "The human in me was scared, but the comedian in me was deeply impressed by the timing! Two things are certain: 1: I can't wait to get out there with my new show. 2: I don't dare bring a big moral" - says an otherwise fit-for-fight Mark le Fêvre.

It's hard not to prick up your ears when Linda P shares her life story. She has been a slut, tried to distinguish between Linda Petersen and Linda P, suffered from headaches, and given up her wild lifestyle to become "normal" and a so-called "model citizen." BUT... is it really that easy to stay on track and live a quiet life without causing trouble? Has Linda been able to avoid messing up her closest relationships? And what about love? Is it even possible to be in a relationship when you are born a wild child? Look forward to Linda P's fifth one-woman show, where she once again shares herself and her frustrations about her ingrained "fuck-up gene."

With the new show Optur, it's time to laugh and have a good time again, where Simon Talbot in his usual style transforms themes from his own life, such as hair loss, social media, cats, gaming, nose hair, Danish laws, the contrast of growing up with a Jehovah's Witness mother and Irish street boy father, married life, women's overly hot baths, and much much more, into jokes we can all laugh at. Over the past year, Simon has had stress reactions, spent too much time on social media, watched (way) too much Tiger King and acquired a sugar addiction, which he turns into a brand new Danish-language comedy show.
