An adaptation of "The Strange Case of Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", heavily influenced by the Universal horror movies of the 1940s.

The story of two teenage extraterrestrial refugees from the planet Pluto, who escape to Earth after their planet is destroyed by the US government, as it was deemed “insignificant.” For many years prior, tensions between the Plutonians and the Earthlings had seen a steady incline, as Pluto held camps where Earthlings were experimented on and tortured. The two aliens make their crash landing, undertake human form and undergo the aliases “Hugh Jainus” and “E. Rection”. In an effort to wage revenge on the nation, with their brainwashed sidekick Potator under their wing, the trio hijack television stations worldwide and broadcast mind-numbingly stupid and ridiculous, yet insane and often violent programs to dumb down and distract the nation’s citizens from their devious plans. This film opens when Ann’s swastika necklace arrives back from the jewelers. Next we see Jim and Ann spoon at a beach party, until a jealous tiff causes her to walk off into the arms of a car-owning Lothario. On a nearby heath, Ann escapes from her randy driver and walks off alone. Next day, Jim, learning that Ann is missing, grabs his pistol. On the heath, he finds Ann's swastika on the ground and sees her bound and gagged by gypsies. They get their comeuppance and Jim gets his Ann. Robert G Torrens, the producer, makes a cameo appearance as a gypsy kidnapper in the latter part of this film.

The arms company PLY-Industries suddenly has every reason to be concerned: dozens of employees in the bacteriological war research department are unknowingly infected with the new psycho-drug "Return-3". When the side effects, such as anxiety and hysteria, manifest themselves in telepathic abilities, the company takes action. A mass layoff is followed by a veritable purge. Specially hired hit squads are tasked with clearing out the infected before they can jeopardize the company's monopoly position and image. One of these killers, Verve Helios, penetrates deeper and deeper into a swamp of drugs, violence and perversion during his "jobs". Helios, the "Cleaner", discards all forms of discipline and conscience and becomes a major threat to everyone involved...
