In the realm of the dead, Luigi Lucheni is on trial for the assassination of Empress Elisabeth. The disembodied voice of the judge rings out, demanding to know why Lucheni killed her. Lucheni responds, in his own defense, that he was doing her a favor as Elisabeth and Death were lovers. He calls upon the ghosts of Elisabeth's family and friends to corroborate this statement. Death appears in their midst, a pale, androgynous, eternally youthful man who admits that he was in love with Elisabeth. (1996, Snow)

Takarazuka Revue's 2002 production of the Viennese musical Elisabeth. It portrays the life and death of Empress Elisabeth of Austria, wife of Emperor Franz Joseph I. This was the 4th production of Elisabeth for Takarazuka Revue and first for the Flower Troupe.

The theme for this Takarazuka revue show comes from the beauty of those four seasons. Takarazuka Revue traditions of combining Western music with Japanese dance is one of its charms, and here we use beloved, well-known songs to spread that charm to even more people. Kabuki legend Bando Tamasaburo will be supervising director of this show, his first collaboration with the Takarazuka Revue. . Musical "A Farce in Pigalle" - The year is 1900. The city, Paris. The Moulin Rouge, a red windmill at the foot of Montmartre, is a symbol of this era. A young man comes to visit the Moulin Rouge. This man calls himself “Jacques Valette,” and begs to be allowed to work at this dreamlike place. With his arrival, the whole world of the Moulin Rouge is about to be turned on its head!

Set in the 1920s, Nice Work If You Can Get It is the story of charming and wealthy playboy Jimmy Winter, who meets rough female bootlegger Billie Bendix the weekend of his wedding. Jimmy, who has been married three (or is it four?) times before, is preparing to marry Eileen Evergreen, a self-obsessed modern dancer. Thinking Jimmy and Eileen will be out of town, Billie and her gang hide cases of alcohol the basement of Jimmy’s Long Island mansion. But when Jimmy, his wife-to-be and her prohibitionist family show up at the mansion for the wedding, Billie and her cohorts pose as servants, causing hijinks galore.

Rossetti, who worships the poet Dante and seeks the ideal woman "Beatrice" in the book "Newborn," falls in love with Lizzie, who works at a hat shop, and begins to paint her. At one point, Rossetti was fascinated by actress Jane in the playhouse and asked her to model. The high praise of the painting made Rossetti gradually engrossed in Jane. Estrellas Estrellas means "stars" in Spanish. This has a theme of "giving a light like that of the stars," since it is for Star Troupe, which gives the sparkle of all the stars in the heavens to people's hearts. This is a work which will allow the stars of Star Troupe to showcase their energetic singing voices and dance overflowing with liveliness.

There on the night of the yearly beer festival, he meets Margit, who tells him she has left her family home in search of freedom. They spend the night in a hotel, and fall in love. Not wanting to part, Karl proposes to Margit and the two rent an apartment together. In truth, Margit is the daughter of a prominent Hamburg family, and is engaged to a man named Florian. When her family comes in search of her, Margit vows to only return with Karl by her side.
