Two parallel tales about two modern women. One is Štefica Cvek, average and lonely girl who desperately tries to find the man of her dreams. The other story is about a woman director who is making the movie about Štefica and has the same problem.

With the help of their therapists, they uncover the real roots of their issues, and find that the connection they were both searching for is much closer than they thought.

We follow a man that struggles for survival, as he gathers items needed for the impending winter. Outside of personal video logs and the philosophical ramblings of a former human survivor, the man seems to wander the world without contact from other humans.

Contemplative and almost without dialogues, the film shows the routine of inhabitants in a city: a young woman who lives alone; an eldery that lives in the street, next to the river; a police officer; customers in a bar; two students. Little by little, through flashbacks, the plot connects these characters.
