Wendy Tilby's Tables of Content was her graduation film from the Emily Carr College of Art and Design, Vancouver in 1986. The movie transports one into another era, an earlier age of gentility and reticence, set in a rather stuffy restaurant during the day.

The introductory chapter to the movie, Strong World, which depicts the events surrounding Gold Roger's execution.

There is only one day left until the New Year, and Little Fox still hasn’t figured out what to give to his friends. The crow advised him to climb into the attic, and there in an old chest they found the costumes of Father Frost and the Snow Maiden. At the request of the Moon Bunny, the Little Fox dressed as Father Frost and went to the Moon to congratulate the constellations gathered at the Star Ball. For this, the Moon Queen Selena granted the Little Fox's wish, giving him a bag of gifts for his friends.

There was a king, Mahajanaka, of Mithila in the kingdom of Videha. He had two sons, Aritthajanaka and Polajanaka. When the old king died, the elder brother, Aritthajanaka, became king, and the younger brother his viceroy. In time the new king became suspicious of his brother's popularity with the people and, fearful for his throne, had Polajanaka put in chains. But when Polajanaka proclaimed his innocence, miraculously his chains fell off and he was able to escape to a small village near the frontier of the kingdom. Since he was a strong leader, he attracted many followers.

Everyone does what they want to. The people in this movie are not sure what they want to do yet.

When his father dies unexpectedly, a young man seeking to cope with his grief goes on a powerful emotional journey through time and space.

Jivey Old Mother "Hubba-Hubba" Hubbard, formerly square Old Mother Hubbard, goes to her cupboard, and finds it bare as it was before she became hep. Her dog is most upset because his bone was there and is now missing. He forms a searching party, including some hip-and-hep cats, but the cupboard-raiding mouse of the house stays several notes ahead of them.

Two years have passed since the final battle with Sephiroth. Though Midgar, city of mako, city of prosperity, has been reduced to ruins, its people slowly but steadily walk the road to reconstruction. However, a mysterious illness called Geostigma torments them. With no cure in sight, it brings death to the afflicted, one after another, robbing the people of their fledgling hope.

Four short vignettes in this early animated film. In the first, shadows pull away to reveal a puddle, and automobile and bicycle tires pass through it. In the second, cutout shadows of a variety of shoes of people walking are seen. The third is a flurry of geometric forms. A Yeti in the snow. Felix with knapsack journeying through the snow. He arrives amongst sunny fields of sunflowers. Uncle Tom is playing the banjo and his child is dancing. Felix joins in. The music wakes an angry man (dressed like a ring master). He uses his whip to break the banjo and threaten uncle Tom. Mammy is cooking pancakes. Felix turns her frying pan into a banjo using his whiskers as strings. The family dance again. The angry man chases them and Felix turns the banjo into a unicycle to escape.

Felix can't afford to get in to the theatre so he makes a hole in the wall to peep through. There are two wrestlers. A small Japanese mans overthrows an enormous opponent. Inspired, Felix ties a know in a lamppost and is chased by a policeman. He tries to karate a goat who head butts him. He lands in a Japanese garden where two Geishas are kneeling. Inside a hut another Geisha kneels.

An old man is smoking a pipe. His wife hates the smoke and throws the pipe away. Felix fills the gramophone horn with coal so that he can smoke that instead. Smelling the fumes, his wife goes into a mad rage and throws the new pipe away. The old man falls asleep. The sun shines on his spectacles and starts a fire in his beard. The smoke alerts his wife who angrily fights with him for smoking again. Felix empties the goldfish bowl on him to douse the flames.

When Mr. Bing buys Arnie in a doughnut shop he must persuade Mr. Bing that a doughnut can be more than just a sweet snack.
