Minokichi was a master carpenter who worked for a large company called Sugitaya. --Dream Chaser-- "Dream Chaser" is one who chases their dreams. A passionate theme of single-minded dream chasing, with each scene presenting a different world through music and dance — this revue show will introduce you to the varied charms of Moon Troupe members.

Conrad is aiming to become a movie star, but hasn’t had his breakthrough yet. For his final chance, he goes to attend a screen-test for new and upcoming actors for a major motion picture. However, Jerry Crawford, a young movie star heartthrob, is chosen for the lead role instead. The screen-test being for new and upcoming actors was merely a gimmick. Once Conrad learns the truth, he makes his way to the studio, enraged. Once there, he sees former top actress Amanda. Conrad lacks the acting skills and expressions required to become a star, so Amanda offers to instruct him on the secret to pulling the audience’s gaze towards him. However, Amanda has an ulterior motive - to get revenge on her lover, Jerry, who used her as a stepping stone to become a star!

Takarazuka Flower Troupe 2001 performance. In the sixteenth century, at the Villa Medici in Rome, the nobles, ecclesiastics and artists invited to a banquet congratulate Giovanni de' Medici on his promised accession to the Holy See for the next term. Contessina, Giovanni's younger sister talks to Raphaello eminent for most beautifully portraying women. Knowing that he has come to Rome to see Michelangelo's Pieta`, she admiringly speaks of Michlangelo as a man of eternal burning passion.

EPHEMERAL LOVE: Austria, 1888. Crown Prince Rudolf is bored with the ostentatious royal life in the Austrian court. During a performance of “Hamlet,” Rudolf meets Marie Vetsera, the daughter of Baron Vetsera, the wealthiest man in Vienna. This is the story of a poet who lived at the time of the French Revolution. The poet's name was Andrea Chénier. He lived and died amongst love and bloodshed. The numerous words of truth spun by this revolutionary poet became poems for eternity. Even today, they continue to shine light on the hopes that rest in people's hearts. The tidal wave of the times, when everyone believes that the ideal kind of society has arrived, will in time move in the wrong direction. Ironically, Andrea and Maddalena will be joined together by a thing called love. Idealism, which has been pushed to the forefront of reality, is toying with Gérard's life. Before long, a raging torrent that provides an omen of the tragedy to come will overwhelm all three of them.

However, the governor's son, Emilio, manages his escape and dives alone into the sea...

William O'Dannell, an elite of Adams Finance in London, receives directly from its president an order to rebuild Hotel Stella Maris, a small hotel in California. The sea expanding in front of the hotel is said to glitter with blue in the light of the full moon as if it were jeweled with stars. When the hotel opened in 1932, it was a great success and enjoyed the patronage of celebrities coming from the four corners of the country. However, it has become unsuccessful following the change of the times, and is now on the verge of bankruptcy.

The setting is Hotel Edler, a long-established four-star hotel in Vienna. Josi Edler, the heir to the family-owned hotel, has been actively involved in the hotel's management and seeks to reform the hotel to make it fit with the times, as opposed to his parents who lean towards tradition and formality. Today, Hotel Edler is preparing for the reception of a coming guest: Emma Carter, the famous Austrian-born Hollywood star, who will stay at the hotel incognito. Unfortunately, a hotel employee has already revealed the top-secret news of Emma’s arrival through social media, and it causes chaos at the hotel...

This play is based on “The Makropulos Case”, written by the famous Czech writer Karel Čapek. As usual, Takarazuka has added their own spin to the original story; the most notable change in this play is that the genders of most of the major characters have been reversed. (In the original play, the main character is a woman.
