After putting out a live double CD, fans were asking for a visual output. Now, the show recorded on December 9, 2016 in Brno, Czech Republic at Hala Valdova will be released in video format to complement the audio release. Thee Hypnotics were one of those late 80's / early 90's bands that dug deep into the roots of rock, filling the gap between alternative rock and metal with their retro-garage sound. Originally from High Wycombe, they set about tearing up the local scene before before spreading their disease across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Three parts loose 'n loud garage rock, one part grungedelic progpunk, Thee Hypnotics produced the kind of uplifting vibe that most of the big-league rock 'n rollers had lost years ago, and most of the newer bar-room gutter rock and tripped-out psyche revivalists could only dream of.

In different times and spaces, genres like Death Metal are born. The early 90′s were still full of the 80′s vibe of over-consumption & greed, which found it’s way into everyday life, even into the music that was created. Just like hardcore in the early 80′s, not all of the teenagers of this decade wanted to hear the bubblegum pop that had invaded the airwaves. Death Metal did not want to be digested by the masses, and as a sub culture it was totally happy being the outsider. I’m not sure what was in the water in Florida during the late 80′s, because those kids were on some next shit, and they helped push the genre to other heights. When you are living in a certain period of time, you do realize that the life you are living could become historic to others in the future.

A legendary folklore film. Religious leader Tun Jana Khatib and his 2 followers come to Singapore from Pasai to trade. However, due to the rivalry between the Temenggong and the King’s aide, Tun Jana Khatib is slandered. He's sentenced to death and the King’s aide sentenced to life imprisonment. One night, several fishermen are attacked and killed by swordfish. At the coast of Singapore, with his courtiers, the King is also attacked. The Temenggong orders that villagers be used as human shields against the attack. The young son of the King's aide, Hang Nadim, suggests that banana tree trunks be used instead. It works and in return, the King agrees to release his father. However, the sly Temenggong instigates the King against Hang Nadim and his father.
