In their early years, SNFU built an audience across North America through energetic live performances and a dynamic punk sound. Their 1985 debut album ...And No One Else Wanted to Play has remained influential in underground circuits. They grew in popularity following two further studio albums, but disbanded in 1989 due to internal tensions. SNFU reformed two years later, however, in a second incarnation which found greater success. They signed with the prominent indie label Epitaph Records, achieved six-digit record sales and toured in support of larger groups. They became independent in 1997 after the expiration of their contract with Epitaph. They again disbanded in 2005, only to reform two years later.

The film dives into 1970's Britain; the birth of punk and the formation of Crass, with an in-depth look at their art, music and ethos.

This DVD documents the band Fight at a high-energy live show in Phoenix, Arizona. Capturing the raw power of their mid-1990s period, the performance presents the band’s aggressive blend of heavy metal, groove and thrash influences. The set opens with the title track “Into the Pit,” launching the audience into a sonic onslaught of driving riffs, fierce vocals and intense rhythm, performed with tight conviction and visceral force. The DVD not only shows Fight in full flight on stage, but serves as a time-capsule of that era: sweat, intensity, and a no-holds-barred metal live experience. The band consists of disabled people and able-bodied people. That doesn't really affect the topic of their songs or the amount of chaos and excess at their gigs, though.
