In 45 minutes, the documentary explores the circumstances surrounding the 1995 attack on the Río Tercero Military Factory, focusing on the causes and the context of the tragedy. Río Tercero natives Fernando Colautti, Guillermo Vigliecca, and Francisco Carranza are the filmmakers behind this production, which combines a journalistic tone with a cinematic format. Marking the 30th anniversary of the Río Tercero explosions, the film addresses the question of "why it happened." The project is supported by the National University of Río Tercero (UNRT); the legislation establishing the university was primarily driven by the goal of providing historical reparation to the city following that state-sponsored crime.
