After six members of Aikoku take on more than a hundred riders from the Keiyo Racing Alliance, their leader Fumitoshi is killed. Three months later, Kazuya has inherited both his leader's motorcycle and his determination. As their rivals continue to operate, Kazuya and the remaining members of Aikoku rise again to settle the conflict and avenge their fallen leader.
