The story takes place between the end of the Yorknew City arc and the beginning of Greed Island arc, in a kingdom called Elrais, where the four protagonists receive a mission to recover four missing performers who have starring roles in the theatre for the upcoming festival. The musical was originally performed during December 2000.

A young, unknown and unheard singer and songwriter accidentally enters the stories through virtual media and changes their lives for the better. The film re-asserts that art can surpass all differences, violence, intolerance and give them a chance to redeem oneself.
