This twin V-Cinema movies contains the second and third installments after the initial Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser, they both follow the characters of both Heart and Go Shijima beyond the conclusion of the series. Heart/Mach both take place following the novel, "Kamen Rider Drive: ~Mach Saga~", which takes place two years following the conclusion of the Kamen Rider Drive TV series.

Shouichi encounters a teenage girl called Sayaka, who ran away from a military facility because of an attack by the Ant Lords. Sayaka has a supernatural ability to foresee the future. The special opens with Tachibana Tōbei taking some children to a Kamen Rider roadshow. When it's revealed that the kaijin onstage are 'real', not actors, the Riders transform to save the crowd and Rider actors, uniting their power to defeat the Delzer Army's true leader, Great General Darkness in his hideout beneath the stadium.

The Book of Ruin, which should have been sealed, is released along with the mysterious immortal swordsman, Bacht. Darkness overflows from the book, causing the real world and Wonder World to disappear. Touma Kamiyama, alongside members of the Sword of Logos, challenge Bacht to a decisive battle in order to stop this situation.

But, the truth of Badan is not as it seems…

It was shown as a triple feature alongside Super Sentai World and Kamen Rider World. Blue Swat, Purple Swat, and Gray Swat are fighting an alien, meanwhile Kakurangers, Dairangers, Zyurangers, Jetmen, and Fivemen are fighting Saigan, Bango, Damaru, Soger, Irubaru, Batzler Soldiers, Grinam Soldiers, Golem Soldiers, Cotpotros and Emperor Daidas, and Janperson fights Bill Goldy and his henchmen.
