Adventurers, explorers and conquerors: the Vikings are considered the greatest heroes of the Middle Ages. Is this interpretation justified? In fact, they left a far darker and lesser-known mark on history: they were ruthless slavers, human traffickers and hostage-takers. „Victims of the Vikings“ is the first TV documentary to investigate this infamous and often horrifying aspect of the Nordic warriors.

HIGH TECH SOUL is the first documentary to tackle the deep roots of techno music alongside the cultural history of Detroit, its birthplace. From the race riots of 1967 to the underground party scene of the late 1980s, Detroit's economic downturn didn't stop the invention of a new kind of music that brought international attention to its producers and their hometown.

This film highlights the deep roots of the creation, more than thirty years ago, by each of the African-American pioneers of techno music, of their own record labels.

The band "Techno Brothers" played by Watanabe, brother Watanabe Yuji and pal Kurosaki Takanori, go to find fame and fortune in Tôkyô. It’s more accurate, though, to call it their manager’s plan. Named Himuro, she channels the look and attitude of famed Vogue editor Anna Wintour, from her bobbed hair and ever-present sunglasses to her commanding air and iron will.

Booka Shade cap off their 150-show world tour with a live concert DVD. Movements – The Tour Edition is out early next month. The CD/DVD package includes a CD version of Booka Shade’s 2006 album ’Movements’ alongside a DVD titled We Came To Dance, the centrepiece of which is a live concert filmed at Belgium’s Pukkelpop Festival on August 18th, 2007. The show features the usual Booka hits ‘Body Language’, ‘Mandarine Girl’ and ‘In White Rooms’ as well as two previously unreleased tracks, ‘We Came To Dance’ and ‘Monkey On My Deck’. Tomorrowland : 20 ans d'émotions

Turo is stuck in a small village and the best thing in his life is being the lead vocalist for the amateur metal band Impaled Rektum. He and his bandmates have practiced for 12 years without playing a single gig. The guys get a surprise visitor from Norway -- the promoter for a huge heavy metal music festival -- and decide it's now or never. They steal a van, a corpse, and even a new drummer to make their dreams a reality.

This short documentary film gives a little history of the parade, with film clips. But, its main focus is on the making of the 1947 classic holiday film "Miracle on 34th Street" and the 20th Century Fox shooting of the November 1946 parade and in Macy's department store.
