Right on the middle of the Indian Ocean, in the Seychelles archipelago, there still exists an island where the beaches are not inhabited by men but by birds : Cousin island. More than 250 000 birds live there, among giant tortoises and strange lizards.

The Seychelle Islands, known for their long stretches of white sand, also provide a home to unusual flora and fauna, including the coco de mer, a tree with the world's largest seeds, giant tortoises inhabiting an ancient volcano and living carpets of silver lizards. This film features contributions from experts who believe these exotic species are evidence that the islands were once part of a primeval super-continent.

Their small-town life is disrupted by womanizing photographer Andrea, who — struck by her good looks — offers Miranda a one-time modelling job. Albeit hesitant, the couple eventually accepts his invitation to the Seychelles...

The 2007/08 season proved to be a rollercoaster ride full of conflicting emotions for all the players and fans at Chelsea FC. The Blues took the Premier League title to the wire, reached their first-ever UEFA Champions League Final and played at Wembley in the Carling Cup Final but finished without silverware. The season started and finished in a penalty shootout defeat to Manchester United but in between there were many marvellous performances to enjoy including the dramatic win over the same team at Stamford Bridge, the 6-0 thrashing of Manchester City and the sensational win over Liverpool to take the team to Moscow. Off-the-field events were equally dramatic with Jose Mourinho replaced as manager by Avram Grant, who steadied the ship after an unconvincing start to the campaign and helped the club push for honours on all fronts.

The film applies principles of music theory and West African performance structure in their construction.
