An anthology of eleven vignettes featuring star-studded casts of extremely unique individuals who all share the common activities of conversing while drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes.

A small-time thief steals a car and impulsively murders a motorcycle policeman. Wanted by the authorities, he attempts to persuade a girl to run away to Italy with him.

"Everyone knows yoga is good for you. Everyone knows smoking is good for you. But do you know how to get the most of out of both these lifestyle choices?... SMOGA!"

The film centres around a group of schoolchildren navigating the complexities of friendship, trust, and honesty. At its heart is a thoughtful and suppressed boy with a learning disability whose interactions with his classmates oscillate between evoking tenderness and triggering aggression.

Writer Paul Benjamin is nearly hit by a bus when he leaves Auggie Wren's smoke shop.
