This Christmas, step into the magical world of The Nutcracker. For the first time in many years, the Royal Ballet has given full access behind the scenes for a landmark 90-minute documentary as they prepare for this season's yuletide production.

ADMIRE: Road to Apolo is the raw and emotional journey of an emerging artist fighting to bring her first big show to life. Between ideas, rehearsals, and sleepless nights, ADMIRE builds her own universe from scratch — facing doubts, limits, and an industry that rarely bets on new voices. This documentary reveals the part no one sees: the creative process, the setbacks, the pressure, and the passion behind every step. It’s an honest and poetic portrait of what it truly means to carve out a path in music when everything still needs to be built. Because in the end, when the lights go up… every effort finds its meaning. And every scar turns into applause.

As a young boy, Franco Piccolini receives a magic bottle from a graveyard attendant. He tells him that the bottle once belonged to Captain Rack, a famous pirate who achieved wealth and fame thanks to its magic. Years later, Franco discovers how the bottle seems to work: when he places it on the ground and turns it, it shows him the way to the treasure. So he sets off on an adventurous journey, always following the bottle to find it. Along the way, he meets Luigi Ferrari, a cheerful fellow who lives in a remote mountain hut. Franco uses a trick to persuade him to become his travelling companion. Together they get into all sorts of funny and dangerous situations due to the unpredictable directions the bottle takes them. On their treasure hunt, they open the door to another dimension and meet the pirate Captain Rack. And so disaster takes its course.

A group of 12 teenagers from various backgrounds enroll at the American Ballet Academy in New York to make it as ballet dancers and each one deals with the problems and stress of training and getting ahead in the world of dance.

Lee Nan-young, who is famous for ‘Tears in Mokpo,’ made her debut at OK Records in the 1930s, and married Kim Hae-song, an acclaimed, genius composer at that time. In the year of liberation in 1945, 'KPK Musical Troupe' won popularity with the duo of Lee Nan-young and Kim Hae-song, but Kim got kidnapped by North Korea. During the Korean War, Lee made Korea’s first girl vocal group ‘Kim Sisters’ with her daughters Suk-ja, Ae-ja and her niece Min-ja who inherited their parents’ musical talent. Thanks to Lee’s desperate effort and intense training, ‘Kim Sisters’ gained popularity at the American 8th Army base. They got all the way to Las Vegas, USA for the first time as Asians, showing strong appeal to American public. Min-ja of ‘Kim Sisters’ is still working as a singer in Budapest, Hungary. The audience can meet the three shy girls who fluently sang songs in English without even knowing the language, through the memories of Min-ja in the film.
