Short film prologue to the upcoming feature film "Kingdom Lost".

A married couple retreats to a luxury, high-tech, fully automated house on a remote island. The house AI system goes rogue and turns against them.

In the 1820s, a frontiersman, Hugh Glass, sets out on a path of vengeance against those who left him for dead after a bear mauling.

Beautiful, sad story told from multiple perspectives. A man picks a dahlia before entering his home. His dog senses something is wrong. The housekeeper makes tea before seeing the tragedy. Slowly the elements slot into place.

The story is composed of fragments of lives lived in northern Scania. Some of them are mundane, while others border on the magical. But like shadows over the landscape, some protagonists are distinguished: Beata, a seasonal worker who comes to Sweden for the first time; Aaron, a young man with a broken heart returning to the place where he grew up, and Billie, a girl lost in her first summer vacation. As the film follows their lives, which slowly merge with the landscape.

Dale Schröder (1951- 2029) was a Swiss artist known for creating AI human hybrids using social media platforms. At the insistence of an ambitious art curator, Dale agrees to introduce his work to the general public. Captured by a documentary ‘filmmaker’, the show’s opening night is a disastrous blend of confusion, fear, and revulsion.

The movie, based on a story by Yuri Nagibin, depicts a young girl named Vika enjoying the last days of summer vacations in a sea resort somewhere in the south.
